Solv Global LLC provides sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing coordination services for businesses. Because most products sourced through Solv Global LLC are custom-manufactured and often produced internationally, the policies below govern all purchases and sourcing agreements.
By placing an order with Solv Global LLC, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
Solv Global LLC operates as a sourcing and procurement service provider, assisting businesses in locating manufacturers, coordinating production, and facilitating the supply of goods.
Many of these products are manufactured specifically for each client.
Most orders placed through Solv Global LLC involve custom manufacturing. Custom products are produced based on the client's specifications, including but not limited to: logos or artwork, materials and finishes, sizes and dimensions, colors, quantities, and packaging design.
All custom manufacturing orders are final sale once production begins.
Custom items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded after production has started.
Clients must carefully review and approve all product specifications before final production authorization.
Before manufacturing begins, clients will be asked to approve the final production specifications. Production approval confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted: product design, branding and artwork, materials, colors, sizes, packaging, and quantities.
Once production approval is provided, the order enters manufacturing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Most orders require a production deposit prior to manufacturing. Deposits are used to secure raw materials, supplier production capacity, manufacturing schedules, and supplier commitments.
Deposits may be non-refundable once production has begun.
Payment structures typically include a deposit before production and remaining balance before shipment or delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in shipment delays, storage fees, or cancellation of supplier production slots.
Many products sourced through Solv Global LLC are manufactured internationally. Because international logistics are involved:
Solv Global LLC is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs clearance, port congestion, labor strikes, weather events, global supply chain disruptions, or geopolitical events. Solv Global LLC will assist in coordinating logistics but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
Once goods leave the manufacturing facility or supplier warehouse, they enter the freight and logistics process. At this stage, shipping carriers assume physical transportation responsibility, and delays or damage during transit may be subject to freight carrier investigation.
Solv Global LLC will assist clients in submitting freight claims when applicable but cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or missing, the client must notify Solv Global LLC within 3 business days of delivery. Claims must include: photos of the damaged or defective items, photos of the packaging, order details, and quantity affected.
Solv Global LLC will coordinate with the supplier to determine a resolution. Possible resolutions may include: replacement production, supplier credit, partial refund, or replacement shipment.
All claims are subject to supplier verification and approval.
Manufacturing processes may result in minor variations between batches. Acceptable variations may include slight color differences, stitching variations, minor size tolerances, material texture differences, and packaging variations.
These are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started:
If cancellation occurs before production begins, deposits may be refunded minus any sourcing, design, or administrative costs already incurred.
Because Solv Global LLC coordinates custom manufacturing on behalf of clients, chargebacks or payment disputes after production begins may cause financial losses. Clients agree that payment disputes must first be addressed directly with Solv Global LLC, and chargebacks are not permitted for custom-manufactured goods once production has begun.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, collection of outstanding balances, recovery of manufacturing costs, and legal action where necessary.
Solv Global LLC acts as a sourcing intermediary between clients and third-party manufacturers. Solv Global LLC does not manufacture the products itself and does not operate the supplier facilities. While Solv Global LLC works with vetted suppliers, the company cannot guarantee manufacturing outcomes beyond the supplier's capabilities.
Solv Global LLC is not responsible for supplier manufacturing defects, supplier production delays, supplier labor issues, supplier operational disruptions, or raw material shortages. However, Solv Global LLC will work with suppliers to pursue reasonable resolutions when issues arise.
Clients are responsible for verifying all product specifications prior to production approval. This includes confirming: artwork, product measurements, quantities, packaging, and branding placement.
Solv Global LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from specifications approved by the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solv Global LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question. Solv Global LLC shall not be liable for lost business revenue, lost profits, operational disruption, indirect damages, or consequential damages.
By placing an order with Solv Global LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
